Project: Architecture & Interior Design Design

Location: Cancun, Puerto Cancún, Mexico

Designed as a vertical sequence of privacy, social life and landscape, the residence responds to its tropical setting through open circulation, deep overhangs and permeable living spaces.

Service areas occupy the base of the house, while the private level above separates the bedrooms through gardens, terraces and open-air circulation, allowing light and natural ventilation to move throughout the architecture. The main social spaces rise above, opening completely toward the pool, terraces and surrounding landscape.

At the top, an intimate pavilion becomes a place for contemplation—a lookout where architecture gradually gives way to the horizon.

Architecture shaped by climate, movement and the experience of living between interior and landscape.​
